It is being used mainly in the furnuture and car industry- for upholsting furniture and vehicles, for mattresses, pillows, seats, for duves, packaging etc.

VISCO ELASTIC FOAM (MEMORY FOAM)
The highly elastic foam (memory foam) is a high-quality product with excellent physical and mechanical properties. This is one of the highest grade polyethylene foams. The high density, softness and specific elasticity make the foam unique. It is extremely suitable for the production of luxury mattresses and pillows.
The foam with this brand has the exceptional ability to occupy the curves of the body when pressed, and when it is not subjected to deformation to regain its shape. The highly elastic foam absorbs the body temperature and provides the desired comfort and ergonomics. It should be noted that this foam is extremely affected by temperature – in a cooler room it is hard, and at higher temperatures – soft and gentle to the touch.
The visco-elastic foam with the KOVAFOAM VISCO brand is manufactured using innovative water-based technology. The raw materials used are harmless to human health. The continuous method of production allows the structure of the foam to be porous (with open cells) and air permeable. This helps the natural ventilation of the products in which it is embedded. FIRE RETARDANT FOAM
The polyurethane foam Kovafoam CME is suitable for making seats, soft furniture, mattresses and other products intended for public buildings and rooms with special requirements.
This foam is produced according to a special technology where the raw materials used comply with the requirements of the European standards for protection of human health. The foam meets the requirements for flammability under the British Standard BS 5852 Part 2.

FIRE RETARDANT VISCO ELASTIC FOAM
Highly elastic flame-retardant foam with the brand KOVAFOAM VISCO FR is suitable for making pillows, luxury mattresses and upholstered furniture for hotel furniture, for public buildings and rooms with special requirements.
The foam meets the requirements of the British Combustibility Standard BS 5852, part2.
The qualities of this brand of foam do not differ from the qualities of KOVAFOAM VISCO, but the technology complements the use of raw materials that slow down the combustion process. The chemicals used comply with the requirements of European standards for the protection of human health.
